Update your payment method
SimpleSiteWatch subscriptions renew automatically, so it is important to keep a valid card on file before your next renewal date.
How to update your card
- Open Update payment method from the billing area.
- Enter the new card details in the secure Stripe form.
- Complete any extra bank verification if prompted.
- Save the payment method and wait for the confirmation message.
If saving fails
- Check the card number, expiry and CVC carefully.
- Try again if your bank required verification and the browser was interrupted.
- Make sure the card has not expired and can accept online transactions.
Important note
Card processing is handled by Stripe. SimpleSiteWatch stores a payment method reference for billing continuity rather than full card details.
