A Watchpoint is a specific URL or endpoint you want SimpleSiteWatch to monitor. It might be your homepage, contact page, campaign landing page, customer portal or another page that matters to your users or business.
Plan limits are applied to unique registrable root domains. For example, www.example.com and portal.example.com belong to the same root domain: example.com.
The effective monitoring interval depends on your plan. Essentials currently uses a 60-minute interval; Business, Agency and Agency Edge use a 5-minute interval for uptime monitoring.
No. SimpleSiteWatch is a website monitoring and digital visibility platform. It is not a substitute for cybersecurity monitoring, penetration testing, backups, emergency response or specialist compliance services.
At launch, the primary SimpleSiteWatch application and customer database are intended to be hosted in Australia. Some third-party providers you choose to connect may process data in other regions.
Subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. SimpleSiteWatch stores subscription and invoice records, but full card details remain with Stripe. Monthly and annual billing are available.
Yes. Upgrades can take effect immediately with Stripe proration. Downgrades and monthly/annual cadence changes are designed to take effect at the next renewal so you keep the access you have already paid for.
Normal cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period. You retain access until the paid-through date and can reactivate before expiry.
Yes. Agency plans are designed for multiple root domains and up to 50 Watchpoints, with workspace and role foundations suitable for teams managing client portfolios.
AI Watch is part of the established SimpleSiteWatch plan model but is still rolling out during the early-access build. The public site labels these capabilities clearly until they are enabled in the application.
Current SSW pricing is configured as tax exclusive. Prices on this site are shown in AUD and exclude GST.
If a material new legal version requires acceptance, existing users are prompted to review and accept it before continuing normal workspace use. Earlier acceptance records remain in the audit history.
